The Mental Circuit

Train the 10. Focus on 7. Expand Your Mind.

Mental Power's signature experience: a guided circuit of chess, cognitive games, and reflection that trains focus, memory, logic, and creativity — for schools, nonprofits, families, and teams.

The Framework

10 Core Cognitive Skills. 7-Station Circuit.

Every circuit trains from 10 core cognitive skills — Attention, Memory, Processing Speed, Reasoning & Logic, Decision-Making, Executive Function, Cognitive Flexibility, Creativity, Emotional Regulation, and Social Cognition. Each session selects 7 as stations, 6-10 minutes each, for a 45-90 minute experience.

The QR Brain Guide

Every Mental Circuit session comes with a printed Brain Guide card and QR code linking to mp-brainguide.netlify.app, so families can keep training at home between sessions. The guide breaks down all four core skill areas we develop on the circuit: Attention, Memory, Logic, and Creativity, with simple exercises for each. It's how a one-time workshop becomes an ongoing habit.
