Meet Our CEO – David Páez Mican

David Páez Mican is the CEO and a business administrator currently pursuing an MBA, with specializations in human talent and senior government management. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in youth program supervision, social innovation, and entrepreneurship. David has led initiatives at YouthCare , Seattle Park and Recreation and Para los Niños in Seattle, founded community projects in Bogotá focused on education and cognitive development through chess, and volunteers at the Seattle Animal Shelter, reflecting his commitment to community service and care. He is fluent in Spanish
